Storm Modifications was founded in end of February 2023 during the summer term with the notion to create high quality Uniform, Liveries and Patches for the Grand Theft Auto V Modding community. It started off being a simple area for people who are expressed a common interest into patch and some EUP development. It quickly grew and grew into a different environment that we all expected. Since February 2023 we are growing slowly but with these times producing the slowest growth for communities this is what is expected.
